1 Are the ceramics all individual pieces?

All ceramics are made by hand. Nothing is mechanically printed or manufactured. This way we achieve a very high quality of the pots. Short and sweet: Each ceramic and most of the products are unique and only available once.

2 What methods of payment do you accept?

We only accept the following payment methods:

Payment in advance

PayPal

Invoice (with Premium Shopper)

3 Complaints / Returns

You have § 356 BGB the opportunity to receive item within 14 calendar days without giving any reasons. The period begins with the receipt of the product and this instruction. In order to preserve this deadline, timely dispatch the products back to us.

Please inform us before by telephone or email, so that you get a free return slip (from 40 € merchandise value). Thus, the shipment will be at our expense and risk.

If you fail to comply with this request, we cannot refund any incurred shipping costs. Please refrain from sending unpaid shipments.

For returns / Returns received benefits are granted back. By depreciation of the product, damages may be asserted. This can prevent by carefully deal with the product.
